Simply email us at sponsorship@sitblr.in with your preferred package and the SIT edition(s) you are interested in. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours with a sponsorship agreement and next steps.
Yes! Our packages cover SIT BLR, GGN, HYD, and PUNE. Diamond sponsorship covers all four — Diamond benefits apply at one SIT of your choice, and Platinum benefits apply at the remaining three. For other tiers, you can purchase per-event packages at the same rates.
Once the sponsorship agreement is signed, an invoice will be raised. Payment is accepted via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS). The slot is confirmed upon receipt of payment. For queries, contact sponsorship@sitblr.in.
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once the agreement is executed. However, if an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the sponsorship may be transferred to a future edition at no additional cost. Details are outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
SIT Bengaluru expects 5000+ registrations with 2000+ attendees on the day. Attendees include business managers, IT managers, engineers, developers, students, and SAP professionals from 125+ companies across infrastructure, application development, DevOps, security, and enterprise architecture domains.
